What We Offer and How It Works

What services do you offer?

We offer four core services—all include setup, cleanup, and on-call concierge: Daily Beach Setups (cabanas, chairs, coolers, toys, plus add-ons), Large Beach Parties (birthdays, reunions, corporate outings with full logistics), Beach Caddying (we grab your gear and set it up), and Bellhop Service (we unpack your car when you arrive and re-pack when you leave).

What's included in the daily packages?

We offer four daily packages that scale up with your group size. Beach Getaway (1–2 guests) is the essentials: a cabana, 2 Tommy Bahama chairs, a cooler, a beach table, and games. Family Beach Day (up to 4) steps up to 4 chairs, a second table, and a boogie board. Deluxe Beach Day (up to 7)—our most popular—doubles up with 2 cabanas, 7 chairs, and 2 coolers. Premier Package (up to 10) is the full spread: 3 premium cabanas, 10 chairs, 3 coolers, 3 tables, and 3 boogie boards. See our Services page for full breakdowns.

Can I add items to my package?

Absolutely. Add-ons include extra chairs, extra cabanas, extra coolers, ice, boogie boards, high chairs, and extra beach toy bundles. Customize during booking or reach out the day before.

Where We Serve and Who We Serve

What areas do you serve?

Daily setups are available in 13 towns: Avalon, LBI, Ocean City, Stone Harbor, Cape May, Margate, Ventnor, Brigantine, Sea Isle City, Wildwood, Longport, Strathmere, and Atlantic City. For parties and events, we serve any NJ beach town (some may carry a travel surcharge). Don't see your town? Reach out.

Do you handle group setups for 11+ people?

We love big groups—birthdays, corporate outings, family reunions. Our largest daily package is the Premier Package, which covers up to 10 people. For 11+, or if you're looking for other party services—delivering food and drinks during the day, more chairs, cabanas, party tables, and full event logistics—that's where our party inquiry form comes in. Fill it out and we'll customize a setup for your crew and budget.

Booking

On Reservations, Availability, and Timing

How far in advance should I book?

The sooner the better. Availability depends on crew and equipment capacity. If we're booked, join our waitlist with a 10% deposit. Last-minute and same-day requests sometimes work—just reach out.

What time will my setup be ready?

Choose your setup time at checkout. Default is 10 AM (most popular). Earlier setups possible by request. Our team is reachable by phone or text all day.

Your Beach Day

From Setup to Pickup

Do you provide beach badges?

Beach badges aren't included. Most towns require them—buy daily or seasonal passes at beach entrances or online. See our Locations page for town details.

How do I find my setup on the beach?

We'll text you a photo of your setup with nearby landmarks. No wandering—just head to the spot in the photo.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

Most packages include a cooler—bring your own drinks, and either bring your own ice or add ice as an add-on at booking. Want us to pick something up? We'll handle it as part of our white-glove service (additional charge applies).

How does pickup work?

Pickup is by 5 PM. We'll text to check if you've left early or want to extend—no extra charge if we have time. Our crew handles everything.

How should I tip the crew?

Tips aren't required but appreciated. They go directly to the crew. Typical range: 15–20% of package total. You can pre-pay your tip during checkout—crews only see the tip after the job is completed, and tips can be refunded if the quality of the setup isn't up to the standard you expected.

Weather & Policies

Rain, Cancellations, and Equipment

What happens if it rains?

If it's rained out or unsafe, reschedule, take a credit, or get up to 90% refund. Let us know two days ahead (flexibility applies for unsafe weather). No refunds for clouds or light rain. See our Rain Policy.

What happens if there's a hurricane or major storm?

Safety first. If a hurricane or major storm is coming, we cancel affected bookings and issue full refunds automatically. We'll help you rebook when it clears. See our Rain Policy.
